In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, the Dombrowski team reminded me what true care looks like. My 86-year-old father, who struggles with dementia, damaged his glasses last night. He couldn't tell me where they were purchased, so I stopped by Dr. Dombrowski's office hoping they might be able to help. The team repaired his glasses within an hour and, when I asked about the cost, they said there was no charge. Their response was simple: "Take care of your father." I was deeply touched by their generosity and compassion. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and committed to helping. Experiences like this deserve recognition. Thank you, Dombrowski team, for your outstanding care and 5-star service.

Helpful and kind staff - knowledgeable. Worth noting that the original doctors are retiring and is being taken over at the end of the summer. Hopefully the same level of care will stick.

This was my first time here & all staff is very friendly and helpful. Appreciated that they provided to have live ASL interpreter for me because I am deaf. Today i received a new pair of glasses and very satisfty. Many thanks!!

I love this eye clinic. The front desk could not be any nicer. Everyone is helpful and considerate. Dr. Dombrowski helped me find the perfect contact prescription, after years of struggling at other eye clinics. I usually struggle finding glasses I like, but they helped me find the perfect pair. I am extremely pleased. I highly recommend this wonderful group of people!

All of the staff is very kind and welcoming and have been since I was a kid. Dr. Kauffman is very knowledgeable and informative. Great selection of frames for glasses too. :)
